William Hickman
Dr. William Hickman is an associate professor in the Department of Mass Communication at the University of Central Oklahoma. He teaches news reporting and public relations classes, and is admitted to practice law in the state of Oklahoma. He has 30 years of experience in journalism and public relations and has worked for daily newspapers in Oklahoma and Texas, including The Dallas Morning News, as a reporter and editor, and for the Mutual of Omaha Companies as a corporate communications specialist. He is a captain in the U.S. Navy Reserve.

Prescilla Peller
Prescilla Peller is an interior designer and owner of Interior Expressions by Prescilla. Because of her keen eye for color and style, she can see beyond the surface. She has conducted color workshops and shared her many ideas in a local publication. She is an active member in her church and has served on many committees and fundraisers. She was president of Epiphany of the Lord Women's Club for two years. She enjoys reading, cooking and working outdoors with her flowers. She also enjoys her spare time with her family and friends. Her time with her two grandsons means a lot to her and she reserves two days a week just for them. She jumps right in on any project she is working on. She lives by her motto, "Life every day is a challenge. By keeping a positive attitude, staying focused and believing in yourself, you can achieve anything."
